- Definition of the electricity interruption cost for consumers using the results of other surveys conducted in Brazil and abroad, adapting them to the Brazilian reality, for various scenarios;
- Definition of interruption cost models (Consumer Cost Functions, Cost of Unsupported Energy and Combined Cost Models) by types of consumers and models for defining Composite Consumer Cost Functions;
- Definition of cost functions related to improving the reliability of the distribution system;
- Evaluation of the best incentive mechanism for distributors to reach the desired values.
