OBJECTIVES AND METHODOLOGY

Provide training and professional qualification actions for technicians and employees of cooperatives in the area of infrastructure, in particular energy distribution, focusing on:

Analysis and simulation of networks, and support for planning the expansion of the system according to the needs of the market and the quality of service;
Indicators for projecting non-manageable costs and costs directly linked to the operation and maintenance of distribution services; as well as simulation of final fares to be applied to the consumer due to varying scenarios ;

Analysis of investments to be made based on the remuneration recognized by the Regulatory Agency (Aneel);
Architecture and organization of Cooperative Database in order to improve the regulatory notes, that is, improve the quality of the data to be forwarded to the Regulatory Agency, thus preventing errors from being sent, which may generate sanctions and fines to cooperatives.

MAIN RESULTS

After the completion of all training modules, the project for the professional qualification of technicians from the Cooperative System in the distribution of electricity, largely met expectations, according to points raised in the course evaluation by the participating professionals;
Adequate schedule and division of the subjects covered, respecting the particularities of each cooperative and its technical staff;
Applicability of content and review of fundamental concepts and practices in the daily activities of the participating professional;
Organization and assistance during events;
Service focused on Sescoop's strategic objective of expanding the access of cooperatives to professional training and qualification solutions.
